This bracelet features the prayer 'Om Mani Padme Hum' (Hail the Jewel in the Lotus), which is the most popular Tibetan prayer. This mantra can be found inscribed in caves and rocks, and is printed on to the prayer flags that have been left by sherpas and hikers at the top of Mount Everest in Nepal. Tibetan Buddhists believe that invoking this prayer brings compassion and benevolence upon those who recite it.
These bracelets are adjustable, so they will fit almost any wrist. They measure about ½ inch in width, so they are neither too wide nor too narrow. We think they look great on both men and women. These bracelets are made up of white metal, which is a mixture of tin and some other softer metals used extensively in jewelry, and then has areas which are plated in genuine silver to add luster and detailing to the bracelet.
