This Statue of the Buddha is made out of cast resin and is 8 Inches Tall by 5 Inches Wide by 3 Inches Deep. This Buddha statue shows a posture and mudra (hand gesture) that appears unique to the Buddha Statues of Japan. In this mudra, the fingertips of both hands are placed together, with the exception of the index fingers, which both point straight upward. It is somewhat similar to the Dharma Chakra Mudra (the Teaching of the First Sermon), yet at the same time, very unique.
