The word Om is considered the sacred sound at the beginning of time from which the entire universe unfolded. In Hinduism, it is believed that everything was void, and out from this void came the sacred hummng sound of Om. From the energy of this sound, the universe came into creation.
This pendant measures 1.75 Inches Tall by 1.25 Inches Wide. Although it is made of resin, it is designed to look like it was made from shell with a mother of pearl inlay. It is made from bone resin, a special resin made from the bones of deceased water buffalo.
