Description:
Pay attention to your body. For example sitting
at your desk,walking down the street, driving your car
...at any time. Breathe, notice if your body needs
something from you: to drink water,
relax the shoulders, stand up and stretch, go
outside for some fresh air. Listen to your body.
It has it's own wisdom and will send you messages.
When and Where:
Anytime, anywhere, whenever you remember.

dis-ease. The body is a part of our inner wisdom
and plays an important role in our well-being,
joy and success in life. It has an amazing capacity
to heal itself when we slow down enough to allow
