Hi all-
As many of you know, this week marks the first class I will teach at the Yoga Center Santa Cruz. (This will be a Level 2 class.) The first class, this Wed, Oct 12, 10:30am-12pm, will be FREE of charge. Tea will be served and I welcome you to linger a bit afterwards to chat about yoga and beyond.
The Yoga Center Santa Cruz is located at 428-C Front Street, across from the bus station, downtown Santa Cruz.
