If you have not been to the new studio, we are now located at 15945 North Florida Avenue.

We have added some new classes to the schedule as well as making a few class time changes.

We offer private, small group and special needs classes that are not on the schedule as well as hosting Workshops and Yoga Alliance registered PranaVinyasa Yoga Teacher Training.
PranaVinyasa offers certification at both the 200 & 500-hour levels.
PranaVinyasa Training is also currently available in Seminole/St. Pete.
In addition, PranaVinyasa training is being held in Orlando, Key West and Maine in 2006 and Tunisia, Africa and England in 2007.
