Description: First step: Relax in a chair, making the whole body comfortable. Second step: Close the eyes Third step: Relax the breathing, allowing
it to be as natural as possible. With each breath going out say 'One'. Then breathe in and don't say anything. So with each outgoing breath as you simply say 'one.......one........one', also feel at the same time that the whole existence is one, it is a unity.
When and Where: Do this for five or ten minutes each day. Make sure you are not disturbed. Do not put any alarm on, instead open your eyes and look at the clock to check on the time. You do not want anything to happen that will give you a jerk. Use earplugs if there is too much noise around you. Do this in the daytime, never at night, because this is so relaxing you do not feel
sleepy. You feel fresh. The best time is in the morning, otherwise the afternoon.
Benefits: Saying 'One' with each exhalation makes you so calm and quiet you cannot imagine.
It
brings you deep relaxation and a feeling of freshness that enhances your creativity and relationships.
