Description: Take five minutes and just sit. Bring awareness to your relationships with friends, family and coworkers. Feel the connection with one or several of these people. Feel your heart opening to yourself and to them. Get in touch with the experience of having that person or those people in your life.
When and Where: Anytime is good. Any place as long as you are not disturbed.
