I am currently reading a couple of books on meditation, and once I am through with them, I will have a review to post on our blog.

I can recommend that one of my friends, Jack Kornfield, has written many well received books on meditation. He is a regular teacher at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, which is in Woodacre, not to far from our store in Marin County. Even if you aren't able to visit the center, I hope that you will get a chance to visit their Web site.
