The Law of Attraction



Description: Step One: Bring awareness to loving and accepting yourself

in this moment right now. Close your eyes and see

the good in yourself. If criticisms, judgments arise,

let them pass by. Whatever you see grows in you.

This is the secret: focus on the good.

Remember: the mind has no power of its own. At the

most it can give you alternatives, but the choice finally is yours. So always lean towards the good, even if it is

difficult in the beginning. The more you choose goodness,

the more you will naturally and spontaneously move

toward that. By and by, you will no longer have to

choose.

Step Two: Bring awareness to loving and accepting others in your life. Even if it is difficult, embrace everyone, people you like and dislike, in your heart.

Step Three: Now give thanks, with your full and abundant heart, for everything that you have in your life right now. Feel your inner wealth. Feel gratefulness in your body mind, heart and soul for what you already have. Focus on what you have, not on what you don't have.

When and Where: Throughout the day, remember this feeling of inner wealth, that you already have abundance in your life.
