the cup Director Khyentse Norbu International Buddhist Film Festival
Image from the movie The Cup from the International Buddhist Film Festival. Please visit their Web site!
The Buddhist Film Festival is in progress in the San Francisco Bay Area. It has unfortunately already taken place at the Castro theater in San Francisco, and is currently running at the Wheeler Auditorium in Berkeley through the 13th of February. The festival will start at the Rafael Theater (right across the street from our San Rafael Store!!!) from February 10th through February 13th, so you can bet that you will see us there.

We would have told you earlier about the festival, but we just happened to find out about it ourselves by accident. I think that they might want to work on their public relations campaign a little bit.

:D

You can click the following link to go to the International Buddhist Film Festival and get a list of events, download the film schedules, find out the latest news about the Buddhist Film Festival, and send them a message. I don't know whether the festival will be traveling outside of the Bay Area (I think it would be a shame if it didn't), but I will try and find out from the people there whether it will or not.

In the meantime, we invite you to go to the Buddhist Festival web site and find out more information.
