Happy Spring!! Geez, are we making up for the low precipitation, the past few months, or what!?! At least the flowers, trees and grass are happy!! I hope All of you are finding ways to cope, heal, & release stress and worry, due to the weather and the economy woes. Don’t forget, to practice a regular routine that feeds your mind/body/spirit to maintain your overall health and wellness.
