Returns and Exchanges Policy

Because we believe deeply in the quality of our products, we allow you to return your items for either a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. However, you must notify us WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING the item(s) that you will be returning or exchanging. And after notifying us, you must then ship the item to us within another Seven Days.

1) CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM(S):
You must email us at info@siamese-dream.com and let us know what your order number is, what you will be returning, and whether you want to exchange for a different item, or whether you want a refund to your credit card / PayPal Account. DO NOT email us any credit card information (we will already have it on file here).

2) Then ship the items to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of notifying us:
After you have emailed us and let us know you will be returning / exchaning the items, then you must send them off to us within 7 days of notifying us (we understand that due to shipping times, it may take longer than 7 days to reach us - but what we are concerned about is that you have at least shipped them to us within 7 days of notifying us).

3) Include a Note with Your Order Number On It:
Just include a note (hand-written is fine) with your order number on it and again confirming whether you would like to exchange for another item or return for a refund.

4) Merchandise MUST be in NEW AND UNUSED condition.

We can refund 100% off the cost of the merchandise, and any sales tax that was charged for that merchandise. Merchandise not in original condition will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any shipping charges, either to you or from you to us (we are located in Northern California). We can only refund the actual cost of the merchandise and any sales tax (we only charge sales tax for orders inside California).

However, if it was an obvious mistake on our part and we sent you the wrong item (or we sent you a damaged item), then we will be able to refund your shipping costs.

If you receive merchandise that has been damaged, and it appears that it was damaged during the shipping from our store to you, please contact us immediately by CLICKING HERE. Please hold on to the damaged merchandise while we send you a replacement and provide you with instructions on what to do with the damaged merchandise. DO NOT SEND DAMAGED MERCHANDISE BACK TO US UNTIL WE HAVE PROVIDED INSTRUCTIONS TO YOU.
